PTA Participant Waiver

Every year the Hickory PTA is required to have a PTA Participant Waiver on file for all Hickory students participating in PTA sponsored activities like Winter Fair and Jog-a-thon.

Teachers will also be asked to send the electronic waivers to all parents, you only need to complete it once.

Yearbook Committee

This year, the yearbook will be designed and sold with the help of 5th graders. If you're a 5th grader interested in joining the committee, please fill out this application form: https://forms.gle/iK1oJhVCqsq9sNNm6. Deadline to submit the application is: January 15, 2025.
